XINNCAP born for the need to connect companies with the latest innovation trends. Our objectives and inspiration are to promote the digital transformation of companies and entrepreneurs, supporting the relevant actors in the ecosystem to become world leaders.

 

Our founders Astrid Borgna and Yessenia Carvajal, add 15 years of work connected to the world of innovation, both public, academic and private; Working in leading technology multinationals, globally recognized business accelerators, and continuously training with international studies on Open Innovation topics, they create the first Innovation Agency in Chile, focused on promoting entrepreneurship and innovation actions within companies.

 

Currently, both are dedicated full time to creating innovation capital with Xinncap, and continue to participate in associations that promote entrepreneurship and investment in technology throughout the Latin American region.

OUR FOUNDERS

YESSENIA CARVAJAL

ASTRID BORGNA

Innovation and technology lover. For more than 4 years, he worked in the Innovation and New Technologies area of Microsoft Chile, where he had the opportunity to create, together with global organizations, programs to support technological entrepreneurship. Coordinator of the three editions of Stanford Ignite Santiago at the Stanford University Business School. He was part of Start-Up Chile within the Acceleration and Marketing area.

Today she is the Executive Director of Latam Ventures Club, a trade association of incubators, accelerators, companies and investment funds, whose main objective is to educate and encourage risk investment in the Latin American ecosystem through good practices.

Active part of the Chilean entrepreneurial ecosystem, helping in the construction of events, profiles and structures. She was Program Director of NXTP Labs Chile and part of Start-Up Chile for more than 6 years; part of the Commission for Innovation for Development (CNID). Member of the Chilean Association of Venture Capital (ACVC) and the Venture Capital Trade Association (Latam Ventures Club).

Today she continues her work as a project evaluator at Corfo and a mentor for various organizations related to the world of entrepreneurship and innovation.
